We are hiring a Commercial Assistant with 1–3 years of experience in commercial operations, accounts receivable, or payment recovery. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be comfortable coordinating with clients, preparing documentation, and supporting payment follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit dispatch documents
- Follow up on customer payments via calls and client visits
- Prepare invoices and bank guarantees
- Coordinate outdoor client visits
- Material reconciliation with the project team
- Prepare MIRs with site supervisors
- Maintain commercial and payment-related documentation
Required Skills
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Commercial Operations, or Payment Recovery
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and commercial documentation
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
