Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced R&D; Manager to lead research and product development for Epoxy & PU Flooring Systems. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in formulating, developing, and improving epoxy and polyurethane flooring products while ensuring compliance with industry standards, quality requirements, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead research and development of Epoxy & PU flooring products.

Develop new formulations and improve existing products for enhanced performance and cost efficiency.

Conduct laboratory trials, product testing, and validation.

Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Technical teams for successful product commercialization.

Analyze raw materials and identify alternative materials for process optimization.

Ensure products comply with industry standards and customer specifications.

Troubleshoot product performance issues and provide technical support.





Maintain R&D; documentation, technical reports, and product specifications.

Monitor market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in R&D; within Epoxy Flooring, PU Flooring, Construction Chemicals, Industrial Coatings, or Paint Manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of epoxy resins, polyurethane systems, additives, pigments, and formulation chemistry.

Experience in product development, testing, quality control, and process improvement.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in companies such as Asian Paints, Pidilite, Sika, Fosroc, Nerolac, or other leading Construction Chemicals & Industrial Flooring manufacturers will be preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
