Content Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with business goals and market events.
Identify trending market topics, investment themes, and financial news opportunities.
Collaborate with research, product, and marketing teams to create timely content.

Content Creation

Create engaging content for:
YouTube videos and Shorts
Instagram Reels, Stories, and Posts
X (Twitter) threads and updates
LinkedIn posts and articles
Telegram and WhatsApp investor updates
Blogs and website content
Write scripts, captions, hooks, and call-to-actions for social media campaigns.
Simplify complex financial concepts into easy-to-understand content for retail investors.

Video Production & Editing

Shoot and edit videos, reels, and educational content.
Design thumbnails, infographics, and visual assets.
Ensure content follows brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Social Media Management

Publish and schedule content across platforms.
Monitor engagement, comments, and audience feedback.
Participate in community building and investor engagement initiatives.

Market Research & Compliance

Stay updated on stock market developments, economic news, IPOs, mutual funds, and investment trends.
Ensure all content complies with SEBI regulations and company compliance guidelines.
Coordinate with compliance teams for content approvals where required.

Performance Analysis

Track content
performance metrics such as:
Reach
Engagement
Followers growth
Video views
Lead generation
Generate periodic reports and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism,



Mass Communication, Finance, Commerce, or related fields.
2–5 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
Experience in stock broking, wealth management, fintech, financial media, or capital markets preferred.

Required Skills

Excellent English writing and communication skills.
Ability to create compelling financial content.
Solid storytelling and scriptwriting capabilities.

Financial Markets Knowledge

Understanding of:
Equity markets
Derivatives
Mutual funds
IPOs
Investment products
Personal finance concepts

Tools & Software
Video Editing: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve
Design: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator
Social Media Tools: Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
Basic knowledge of SEO and YouTube optimization.

Analytical Skills

Ability to interpret content analytics and audience behavior.
Understanding of social media KPIs and performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

NISM certifications preferred.
Experience creating finance-related YouTube channels or social media pages.
Familiarity with AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.
Experience working with influencers, financial educators, or investment communities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Growth in social media followers and subscribers.
YouTube watch time and engagement rate.
Reel/Shorts views and completion rate.
Content production consistency.
Website traffic generated through content.
Qualified leads generated from social channels.
