JD – Team Leader (International Expert) – DRIP (Dam Rehabilitation Project)

Role Summary:
Team Leader (International Expert) will lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary consultancy/PMC team for Dam Rehabilitation & Improvement Project (DRIP), focusing on dam safety, planning, and design aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary experts for dam rehabilitation and dam safety works.
- Provide technical guidance on dam planning, design review, and safety assessments.
- Coordinate with Client, authorities, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports, designs, and consultancy outputs as per project requirements.

Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Master’s in Engineering/Management (preferred).

Experience:

- Minimum 20 years’ experience in water resources projects with solid expertise in dam safety, dam planning, and design.
- Proven experience in leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
