Hiring Requirement – HR Executive (Indian Counselling Services)

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive who can independently handle end-to-end HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Recruitment for multiple roles (Counsellors, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.)

* Sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.

* Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.

* Scheduling and coordinating interview rounds.

* Managing employee onboarding and documentation.

* Handling attendance, probation, confirmations, and exit formalities.

* Ensuring employee discipline and policy compliance.

* Supporting performance management and employee engagement.

* Coordinating with department heads for manpower planning.

* Maintaining HR records and reports.

Candidate Profile:

* 2–5 years of HR experience (Recruitment + Generalist preferred).

* Strong communication and interviewing skills.





* Experience hiring for sales and education/training industry is an advantage.

* Ability to work independently and deliver hiring targets.

* Robust ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,237.51 per month
