Evergreen Motors is hiring a Service Receptionist to provide an exceptional customer experience at the service center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, managing service appointments, handling inquiries, and supporting the service team to ensure smooth workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers visiting the service workshop in a professional and courteous manner.
- Attend incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm vehicle service appointments.
- Register customer and vehicle details accurately in the dealership system.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and the workshop team for efficient service operations.
- Inform customers about service progress and estimated delivery timelines.
- Maintain customer records and prepare daily reports.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
- Assist with administrative and documentation tasks related to the service department.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.




- Experience: 1–2 years as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Customer Care Executive, or similar role (Automobile dealership experience preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality with excellent customer handling skills.
