Job Description

- Hands on experience in project management, Electrical Design/Testing & Commissioning and detailed engineering for ship building and oil & gas.
- Sound knowledge of electrical design concept, Electrical load calculation, Short circuit calculation, Preparation of equipment data sheets & specifications.
- Review of vender Technical Drawings & Documents.
- Preparation of electrical drawings SLD, Schematic diagram, layout drawings & Termination drawings.
- Sound knowledge of Electrical Calculations of Ships Electrical systems and Sizing of ships electrical switchgear
- Positive working knowledge in AVEVA marine 3D software and AutoCAD.




- Very good knowledge of class rules to handle the Clients and Classification Surveyors.
- Experience in quality inspection of ship electrical installation &System; commissioning.
- Experience in vessel automation, power generation and distribution ,Navigation & communication systems,
- Sound knowledge about Test and Trails for Ship Machinery’s and Electrical Systems.
- Checking Drawings/Designs of Cable trays, Supports, Equipment arrangement
- Preparing MTO and Cable Schedule
- Detailed Designing/Modelling – Electrical components

Added Advantage:

- Knowledge on instrumentation system
- Experience on FPSO and Tanker vessel.
