We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or students interested in recruitment and human resources to gain practical experience in the end-to-end hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding activities and HR documentation.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Robust organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
