Job description:

The Role

- Manpower allocation and management based on monthly volumes.
- Plan monthly, weekly and daily production based on forecasts.
- Training labours on quality checks in production and product correctness in kitting.
- Floor management and ensuring adequate productivity to meet dispatch plans and optimum
- manpower utilization
- Raise and track with procurement team on raw materials & packaging materials arrivals to ensure no stockouts in production.

You’re a valuable fit if you:

- Have a prior experience in managing production/assembly line.
- Have high energy and love working with people.
- Are able to understand processes, structures and potential pitfalls of activities.
- Good manpower management skills.

Preferred Qualification:

Overall 1+ years of experience in managing production/assembly in a production company.
