We are looking for a result-oriented Senior Sales Engineer with hands-on experience in machine shop production and technical sales of cutting tools and industrial coolants. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CNC machining processes, metal cutting applications, and customer requirements, enabling them to provide effective tooling and coolant solutions while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell cutting tools, industrial coolants, and related machining solutions to manufacturing industries.
- Develop new customers while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.
- Study customer machining processes and recommend suitable tooling and coolant solutions to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and application trials at customer sites.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales orders.
- Coordinate with application engineers and internal teams for successful implementation of customer projects.
- Follow up on enquiries, orders, deliveries, and payment collections.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports, and sales forecasts.




- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely technical and commercial support.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of CNC machining, turning, milling, drilling, and metal cutting processes.
- Good understanding of cutting tool selection, machining parameters, and industrial coolant applications.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand manufacturing requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience

- 5 years of experience in Machine Shop Production.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales or application of cutting tools and industrial coolants.
- Experience in automotive, aerospace, precision engineering, or general manufacturing industries is preferred.
