- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and performance through effective problem-solving strategies.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and support capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system updates.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and incident management practices.
- Ability to analyze logs, trace errors, and identify root causes in multi-component systems.
- Experience working in collaborative environments to support and maintain critical applications.
