We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the design function while actively contributing as an individual designer. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills, hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools, and the ability to manage a small team, mentor junior designers, and deliver high-quality creative assets across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create compelling visual designs for digital marketing, social media, websites, branding, presentations, print, and advertising campaigns.
- Lead and manage the graphic design team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative work.
- Mentor junior designers by providing guidance, feedback, and support.
- Work independently on high-priority design projects from concept to final execution.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools to improve creativity, productivity, and workflow efficiency.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, video, and product teams to execute campaigns.
- Review and maintain design consistency across all communication channels.




- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI technologies, and creative best practices.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a quick-paced workplace.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe XD).
- Experience with Figma and Canva.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar platforms for design ideation and content creation.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, branding, layout design, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage a team while also handling individual design responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
