What You Will Do:

- Manage the end-to-end billing workflow by converting Release Orders (RO) and client estimates into precise tax invoices.
- Monitor client credit limits, track outstanding invoices, and pull weekly aging reports to identify overdue accounts.
- Execute systematic payment follow-ups with clients via emails, calls, and coordinated efforts with account managers.
- Reconcile complex ledgers, issue credit/debit notes for campaign under-runs, and clear payment disparities.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indian tax structures, including correct GST placement (SGST/CGST/IGST) and TDS deductions.

What We Look For:

- Education: B.Com, BBA, or an MBA in Finance.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience handling both billing and collections inside a media or advertising agency.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and accounting tools like Tally Prime, SAP, or Mediaocean.
- Soft Skills: Persuasive communication skills for collection follow-ups paired with a firm, professional problem-solving attitude.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
