Key Responsibilities

- Cost Estimation & Tendering: Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and machinery, and assist in evaluating bids and tender documents. [1, 2]
- BOQ Preparation: Extract exact quantities from structural and architectural drawings to compile the Bill of Quantities. [1, 2]
- Bill Certification: Verify, prepare, and process Running Account (RA) bills, subcontractor invoices, and client billing statements. [1, 2]
- Measurement & Verification: Conduct physical on-site measurements and cross-check executed work with standard Measurement Books (MB) to prevent overpayment. [1, 2]
- Material Reconciliation: Reconcile material deliveries and usage against initial budget plans to identify and control waste. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Cost Reporting: Analyze quantity/price variations, draft contract documents, and report on project financial health to senior management

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
