Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Tester with 4–5 years of experience to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will design and execute test plans, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to ensure timely resolution of defects.
- Conduct regression, integration, performance, and system testing as needed.
- Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on QA best practices.
- Continuously improve testing processes and recommend enhancements for quality assurance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4–5 years of professional experience in software testing.




- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).
- Experience in writing explicit, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Knowledge of API testing and database validation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Familiarity with performance testing and automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) for test automation.

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
