Roles and Responsibility:

Continuous Improvement Leadership

- Lead and promote Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, and other Operational Excellence initiatives.

- Develop and execute the plant Operational Excellence roadmap.

- Facilitate cross-functional improvement projects to eliminate waste and non-value-added activities.

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement across all manufacturing functions.

Productivity and Efficiency Improvement

- Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Identify and implement productivity enhancement opportunities.
- Optimize manpower utilization and process efficiency.
- Reduce cycle time, changeover time, and production losses.

Performance Management

- Establish KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Monitor plant performance metrics.
- Present performance reviews to plant leadership.

Lean Manufacturing Deployment

- Implement Lean tools such as: 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Visual Management, Standard Work
- Ensure sustainability of Lean initiatives.





Digital Manufacturing and Analytics

- Utilize data analytics for decision making.
- Drive Industry 4.0 and digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop manufacturing dashboards and automated reporting systems.
- Promote data-driven performance improvement.

Governance and Compliance

- Ensure adherence to company standards and best practices.
- Support EHS, Quality, and Regulatory compliance requirements.
- Conduct operational audits and maturity assessments.
- Ensure sustainability of implemented improvements.

Role Specific Skills & Experience :
