We are seeking a dedicated, hard-working, and highly organized Accountant to manage our financial operations in Akola. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintaining accurate books of accounts, ensuring tax compliance, and providing insightful financial reports to management. Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping & Finalization: Maintain day-to-day accounts, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and closing books for the financial year.
- Taxation & Compliance: Timely filing of GST returns, TDS, Income Tax, and ensuring overall statutory compliance.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budget vs. actual analysis to the management.
- Audit Coordination: Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth annual audits.
- Accounts Receivable/Payable:
Manage vendor payments and monitor customer aging reports to optimize working capital.
- Software Management: Expertly handle accounting transactions using Tally ERP / Prime
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s (B.Com) or Master’s (M.Com/MBA) degree in Accounting or Finance. Semi-qualified CA/ICWA is a plus.
- Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
o Hands-on experience with Tally Prime or equivalent ERP systems.
o Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and GST laws.
- Soft Skills: * Work Ethic: Proven ability to work hard, meet tight deadlines, and take ownership.
o Analytical Skills: High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
o Communication: Positive verbal and written communication skills in Marathi/Hindi and English.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
