Lead coordination between architecture, structural, and MEP teams.
• Develop and oversee concept, schematic, and detailed designs.
• Ensure integration of structural and MEP systems within architectural designs.
• Liaise with clients, sub-consultants, and authorities for design approvals.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and man-hours for profitability.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of design drawings.
• Submit quarterly performance reports of design teams.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to design staff.
• Ensure compliance with green building and authority regulations.
• Supervise design implementation on-site when needed.
Requirements to Apply
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office tools.
• Familiarity with BIM and willingness to learn advanced tools.
• Robust knowledge of all project phases and MEP/structural coordination.
• Understanding of green building regulations and authority approval processes.
• Experience with UAE authorities (Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, etc.) and obtaining NOCs.
• Ability to ensure quality design delivery and provide site support when needed.
