Job Description:

Looking dynamic professional with nearly 6 + years rich experience of new product development and packaging material development as like Corrugated Box Duplex Board Carton, Printed BOPP film Sticker etc in Fully Automated Plant

Job profile:-

- To looking the new product development as per customer requirement with coordination of marketing team and customer.
- Selection of printing & Packaging materials for a current product like (CB/SC/JC, Mono Carton/Printed Paper Parts Printed/Unprinted Sleeve Corrugated Box, Labels) and prepare the sample as well as send it's for customer approvals/testing.

- Packaging and Printing operation analysis and prepare the process flowchart for a new product.
- Optimization of a manufacturing process for increasing the productivity and reduce the product cost as well as continued focus on reduction of PPM.
- Making the SOC and SOP of a new product as periodically update in an existing product.




- Conduct the trial of new packaging material and share the trial report with the supplier.
- Benching marking of product and prepare the compare report and share with marketing.
- Shade and artwork approval of disc.
- Input Material planning based on a weekly and monthly basis with coordination with the PPC team and procurement team.
- Resolve the shop floor issue regarding process/input material in respect to the quality issue.
- Conduct the trial of new packaging material and share the trial report with a supplier.
- Evaluation of pilot run material for various packaging test before the commercial production run.
- Line balancing of Packaging line as well as tact time and cycle time study
