Job Description: CRE / RM – Professional Loan

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive / Relationship Manager to manage professional loan products (e.g., loans for doctors, CA/CS, architects, engineers, etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing clients, building strong relationships, and driving disbursals while ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new customers for professional loan products

- Understand the financial needs of professionals (doctors, CAs, etc.) and offer suitable loan solutions

- Collect and verify required documents for loan processing

- Ensure accurate and timely submission of loan applications

- Maintain regular follow-up with clients throughout the loan approval and disbursement process





- Achieve monthly disbursal targets and ensure quality sourcing

- Maintain strong post-sales relationships to build customer loyalty

- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

- Prepare MIS and reports on leads, conversions, and portfolio performance

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field

- 1–3 years of experience in loans or financial services (preferably skilled loans)

- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills

- Knowledge of loan documentation, eligibility, and compliance norms

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
