Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for handling email communication of all export clients with very prompt response - max within 3 hours.
- To address customer inquiries and complaints and escalate to the concerned department and provide the solution to the client on a prompt basis.
- To maintain export databases, records and reports of physical and soft copies.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize export operation.
- Responsible for sending Quotations for all Export Inquiries received from customers with the help of the Finance team.
- To Execute all the Sales Orders in the system, communicate delivery timelines and follow up with the operation team to be delivered on time.
- To Coordinate with customer for Design & Sample Developments with respective teams.




- To Send Export Documents post dispatches are done and Collection of payment to be done with all clients.
- Plan and coordinate online meetings or conferences call between Company Team and export client whenever required.
- Need to work after official hours to provide immediate response to clients of regions like the USA, Canada, Europe, UK, Africa and Australia.
- Need to travel once in a week to Unit 1 at Kadi.
- Will be also responsible to handle our social media in future.
