- Physical analysis of raw material, finished product & under process sample.
- Physical & sensory analysis of finish product.
- Maintain plant work area hygiene.
- Maintain all the records as per ISO 22000, FSSAI, HALAL & company SOP.
- Assist in investigating & correcting quality related issue including customer complains through collaboration with other departments.
- Assist in the implementation of policies, operating procedures, quality system & programs which ensure proper testing, evaluation, inspection and technical also.
- Support in order to meet product quality standards.
- Conduct shelf life analysis.
- To be operate PH meter, Karl – Fischer, Halogen moisture analyzer, Spectro photometer and other routine lab instruments.
