SAP Regional Business Lead

Required Skill Set

· Impeccable knowledge of the SAP Global Market place and SAP product suite

· Leadership experience in client Facing Roles.

· Should have independently managed P&L; for SAP portfolio of size of 100M USD+

· Managing large and complex transformations in terms of both Pre-sales cycle and delivery.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

· 15-20+ years of SAP experience with robust understanding of the SAP market for the Europe/UKI region including the understanding of the competition.

· Experience in Europe/UKI geo including customer connects, ability to drive business discussions with CXOs

· Good mix of business process knowledge and key technologies of relevance to the market

· Proven track record of revenue growth, driving GTMs, SAP Alliance collaboration.





· Ability to drive pricing and commercial discussions with Sales / Customers

· Deep understanding of estimation, delivery models, commercial models and innovations

· Relationships with key SAP Alliance partners, Solution partners and OEM’s.

· Strong experience in collaborating and leveraging SAP-specific solutions with technology product providers.

· Strong understanding of SAP Digital technologies including SAP S/4 HANA, SAP SaaS

· Should have worked in transformation projects like Implementation, Global Rollouts, Application Support, Upgrades

· Team player, highly flexible and adaptive to business needs

Good-to-Have

· At least 10 years’ experience of having worked across multiple industry verticals like Manufacturing, Utilities, CPG/Retail, Telecom, Life-sciences etc

· Deep knowledge of SAP Industry templates, best practices
