Job Description:

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or process equipment industry.

- Diploma in Mechanical/Fabrication Engineering, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in the design and development of static process equipment and stainless-steel equipment.

- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and other engineering design tools.
- Develop detailed engineering designs for static process equipment and stainless-steel
- pharmaceutical equipment.
- Create and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Ensure designs meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company specifications.
- Oversee the manufacturing process of equipment, ensuring quality and adherence to design specifications.
- Work closely with production teams to address technical issues and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure equipment meets required standards.
- Analyze production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.




- Develop and implement process control systems to monitor equipment performance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams and other departments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment design, production, and operation.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Manage engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and
- adherence to budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D;, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance.
- Prepare project reports and present findings.
- Ensure all equipment and processes comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to mitigate hazards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting equipment design and production.
