Job Description:

- Hand on experience in production, quality and maintenance related task, production & controls.

- Monitoring and supporting for various new projects assigned to team members.

- Setting of initial machine operation parameters for the start-up & shutdown.

- Making and ensure adherence of preventive maintenance schedule of machines.

- Analysis breakdown, diagnosis fault, poor performance of machine & quality defects.

- Chillers, MTC, cooling tower, compressor, dryer, dehumidifier, water pumps, Air dryer, Diesel Generator.

- Capable to recent mould, new colour and new material trail.

- Able to work with minimum supervision and exhibit leadership qualities and should be able to train the work force.

- Men power handles and planning the men power and distribute according to production planning.

- Achieve the production target with minimum wastage and breakdown.

- Multi cavity Bottle and caps mould handled up to 04 to 24.

- Preparations and maintains of all in process manufacturing’s records.

- Rejection analysis and suggest corrective action.

- Plan,



obtain and maintained the sufficient spare stocks of the frequently used spare in time.

- Suggest and implement cost reduction technique wherever possible.

- Good knowledge of machine start-up and shut down.

- Handling day-to-day activities productions and maintenance.

- Maintains planed for machine and all as per schedule.

- Responsible for daily production report to higher authority (manger).

- Responsible for machine history card, Monthly rejection report, Mould Breakdown and mould changeover report, Hourly Report & current implementation.

- Maintain a detailed record of production input, output, storage and all the maintenance, quality logbook of various machine reading.

- Plan and co -ordinate with Production Manager regarding when the preventive maintenance can be carried out, to plan organize and direct manufacturing and maintenance operation which ensure the most effective return on assets.
