Qualification - ITI, B.tech
Oversee overall operations of the bodyshop, ensuring quality repairs and timely delivery
Manage team of technicians, painters, estimators, and support staff
Drive revenue growth through productive workflow, upselling, and customer retention
Ensure accurate damage assessments, job card preparation, and cost estimates
Coordinate with insurance companies for claims processing and approvals
Monitor workshop efficiency, TAT, and adherence to OEM standards
Implement safety protocols and maintain quality control measures
Track KPIs, generate performance reports, and drive continuous improvement
Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and service
Prior experience in automotive bodyshop management is essential
