Job Description:
- Oversee the daily operations of the RMC
- Ensure Production planning and monitoring of entire production operations effectively
- Monitor the production of ready-mix concrete, ensuring that it meets the required specifications and standards.
- Discovering and pursuing recent sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the timely dispatch of concrete to customers & meeting project deadlines.
- Proper communicate with Plant operators, Technician and Pump In charge to ensure equipment are
- properly maintain to achieve better cost saving in daily production.
- Maintain raw material and inventory as per production plan.
- Must have experience in RMC Plant production, QC and sales.
