Job Title: Senior HR Compliance Executive

Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior HR Compliance Executive with 3 to 5 years of HR compliance experience and an LLB degree. This role ensures our HR practices comply with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Compliance Oversight: Develop and enforce HR compliance policies. Conduct audits and stay updated on legal changes.
- Legal Advisory: Provide guidance on employment laws, resolve legal issues, and support legal proceedings.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate compliance risks. Investigate and manage employee grievances.
- Reporting: Maintain compliance records and report status to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Education: LLB degree.
- Experience: 5 to 15 years in HR compliance.
- Skills: Solid understanding of employment laws, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Preferred: Relevant HR compliance certification and experience in Infrastructure organizations.
