- Sales & Target Achievement: Drive sales, meet monthly/quarterly targets, and maintain average margins.
- Client Management: Build, maintain, and grow relationships with existing and new customers (retailers, distributors, end-users).
- Product Expertise: Understand product features, technical specifications, and industry trends to recommend solutions to clients.
- Business Development: Identify recent market opportunities, generate leads (cold calling, networking), and attend trade shows.
- Sales Process: Conduct product presentations, negotiate terms, prepare quotes, and close sales.
- Reporting & Admin: Document sales activities, update client profiles in CRM,



and prepare sales reports.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to support promotions.
