Job Description: Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) for a steel manufacturing unit in Tilda, Chhattisgarh. The candidate will be responsible for managing complete financial operations, cost control, taxation, compliance, and supporting management in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Accounting & Reporting:
Preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow statements as per IND AS/GAAP.
- Cost Accounting & Control:
Handling product costing, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and cost optimization in manufacturing processes.
- Taxation & Compliance:
Managing GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, assessments, and ensuring statutory compliance.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
Preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to improve profitability.
- MIS & Reporting:
Preparation of daily/monthly MIS reports for plant performance and management decision-making.
- Audit & Internal Controls:
Coordination with internal and statutory auditors and implementation of robust financial controls.




- Working Capital Management:
Monitoring cash flow, inventory, receivables, and payables to ensure smooth operations.
- ERP & System Handling:
Working on ERP systems like SAP/Tally for accounting, reporting, and data analysis.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborating with production, procurement, and logistics teams for cost efficiency and operational improvement.

Required Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- 5–12+ years of experience in steel / manufacturing industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of costing, taxation, audit, and financial reporting
- Experience in SAP / ERP systems & advanced Excel
