Job Description:

Position: Manager- R&D;

Location: Vapi

Experience: 7 - 10 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for research, planning, and implementing new programs and protocols into the company or organization and overseeing the development of current products.
- Planning and organizing research activities and resolving procedural problems for timely completion of research objectives.
- Handling Research & Development projects and conducting multi-step synthesis.
- Analyzing organic & inorganic compounds to determine chemical & physical properties, composition, structure, relationships & reactions, utilizing chromatography, spectroscopic and X-ray diffraction techniques.
- Developing and implementing experimental procedures for carrying out analysis of processes.
- Analyze information,



solve problems and write reports on research results
- Develop and produce cost-effective, non-infringing, safe and eco-friendly technologies for the synthesis of complex and small molecules.

Required Skills

- Candidate must have an experience of Synthesis R&D.;
- Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
- Logical thinking..

Required Qualification: - Ph.D - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 15.00 LPA
