Job Description:

We are hiring for experienced Travel Consultants who possess excellent communication abilities in verbal and written English to manage international clients.

- Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing unparalleled customer service and assistance with all (international Travel/Ticketing) aspects of business travel requirements to our Corporate Travel Customers.
- Travel Consultants are expected to utilize their industry, product and destination knowledge to effectively and efficiently provide quotes and travel booking services
- Manage international flights bookings, provide best air fares on GDS, share quotations, itineraries with clients
- Communicate and manage clients requests on multiple channels (calls, mails and chat).

Experience/Requirements:





- Candidates should have experience of working in a GDS workplace of any leading travel corporation for 5 years or more.
- Should be adept with Sabre and/or Amadeus
- Should be self-motivated, problem-solver and an out-of-the-box thinker with exceptional track record.
- Should be able to search best air fares on GDS, should be able to share quotations, itineraries with clients
- Should be able to manage client high touch requests on multiple channels (calls, mails and chat).
- Ticketing, refunds and exchange knowledge will be added advantage.

Working Shifts:

- Working shifts will be based per US timings and therefore night shifts will be required.

Salary:

- Salary offered will be best in industry but will majorly depend upon ability and experience of applicant.
