We are looking for an experienced Head of Mechanical Maintenance with extensive expertise in maintaining an integrated steel plant.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of various plant operations, including Steel Melting Shops (SMS), Rolling Mills, Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) Plants, Mini Blast Furnaces (MBF), Wire Rod Mills, Blooming Mills, Bright Bar facilities, and Annealing and Pickling Plants. Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic systems is essential.
Key responsibilities include overseeing maintenance strategies, minimizing downtime, ensuring equipment reliability, and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
