Summary We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Wintel Administrator to support and manage enterprise Windows infrastructure in a client-facing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, and supporting global clients, particularly within the US/UK region.

Responsibilities * Administer, monitor, and maintain Windows Server environments to ensure high availability and performance.

- Manage and support Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 infrastructure and related services.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Active Directory, user accounts, groups, and security policies.
- Provide server monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Perform regular system maintenance, patching, upgrades, and health checks.
- Collaborate with global teams and support users across US and UK client environments.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security, backup, and disaster recovery policies.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow IT service management best practices.

Requirements * 2+ years of experience in Windows System Administration or Wintel Support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 administration.
- Valuable experience with Active Directory Administration.
- Experience supporting international clients, preferably US/UK-based customers.
- Knowledge of server monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management processes.




- Understanding of networking fundamentals and Windows infrastructure components.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidates available to join immediately or within 30 days will be preferred.
