- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other regulatory reports.
- Reconcile vendor, customer, and bank accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and financial planning.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Generate MIS reports and provide financial analysis to management.
- Support process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, Finance, or Accounting.
- CA Inter / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred.
Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in the manufacturing or energy industry will be an added advantage.
