ABOUT TAGENT

We build and run the personal brands of AI founders based out of Bay Area, US. We take how a founder thinks and turn it into content that compounds - across Linked In, X, newsletters, and podcasts.

We're a small, high agency team that holds a high bar to our work. Every asset we ship is a reflection of the founder we represent, so /"good enough/" isn't. We move fast, own our work end to end, and expect the same from everyone who joins.

ROLE

We're hiring one person who can do two things exceptionally well: design and video. You'll own the visual layer of our founders' and their company brands - from a Linked In carousel and a scroll-stopping thumbnail to a fully edited podcast clip and an animated explainer.

This is a builder's seat. Your day will start with a brief on the work we have to ship, and a deadline - and you'll turn it into work that looks like it belongs to a top-tier brand.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Edit short- and long-form video: podcast clips, reels, talking-head edits, teasers, and trailers
- Design static assets: Linked In carousels, thumbnails, memes, infographics, one-pagers, and profile visuals
- Build motion graphics and animated explainers in After Effects
- Translate a founder's idea or voice into on-brand visuals - fast, and without a lot of hand-holding
- Adopt and experiment with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Higgsfield, Runway, Firefly, and whatever ships next) and fold them into our workflow
- Keep each founder's brand system visually consistent across every format




- Deliver high volume without dropping quality

MUST HAVES

- 2–4 years in design and/or video, ideally at an agency or a fast-moving brand/marketing team (a standout portfolio can outweigh years)
- Robust command of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and a video editor (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Cap Cut)
- A portfolio showing both static design and video/motion work
- Genuine excitement about AI creative tools - you've either used them or you'll learn them fast
- Real understanding of the B2B/SaaS and founder/startup world - you get the audience and the context
- High agency: you take ownership, close loops, and don't wait to be told what to do
- Speed + taste: you ship quickly, and it looks great

NICE TO HAVE

- Advertising or marketing agency background, you'll ramp faster and be easy to work with
- Experience designing specifically for Linked In
- Basic sound design / audio cleanup
- A sense for hooks and copy (you understand why a piece of content works, not just how it looks)
