This is an Founder's Office internship role, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll sit at the center of execution across the company, translating the CEO's decisions and priorities into concrete action plans, tracking follow-through across every team, and closing the gap between we decided this and this actually happened.
You are not an executive assistant: you won't be booking travel or managing inboxes. You own outcomes, from ambiguous cross-functional problems to the weekly operating rhythm that keeps the CEO and the company aligned.
ABOUT US
Glido Labs is an AI-first Content IP studio with 550M+ organic views across our owned channels and zero paid ad spend. Our CEO runs channels, team, and systems. This role exists to turn their intent into done.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You'll manage the CEO's operating cadence, running weekly reviews, follow-ups, and the execution loop.
- You'll take decisions and convert them into explicit next steps, with owners and specific deadlines attached.
- You'll prep high-stakes meetings by framing the decisions and context beforehand.
- You'll solve end-to-end problems on ambiguous strategic projects that don't fit neat boxes.
- You'll protect the CEO's focus and make sure calendar priorities actually stick.
SKILLS YOU NEED
- You're absurdly organized but also think independently,
you hold ten threads at once and drop none.
- You have genuine high agency and would rather own an ambiguous problem than be handed a tidy task list.
- Your judgment and communication are strong because you'll often represent the CEO in the room.
- You're comfortable with data, metrics, and modern productivity tools.
- You've had real operating experience in a startup, founder's office, or consulting—or you've run your own thing.
