Fresher – US Accounting

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in US Accounting. Candidates with a basic understanding of accounting principles and solid MS Excel skills are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in US Accounting is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions.
- Assist with journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Support bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Help with monthly and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support vendor reconciliation and payment processing.
- Work with accounting software such as Quick Books (training will be provided if required).




- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of accounting experience.
- Basic knowledge of accounting concepts.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn US Accounting and Quick Books.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment.

Preferred

- Internship or academic project in accounting.
- Basic exposure to Quick Books, Zoho Books, Tally, or any accounting software.
- Knowledge of US Accounting is a plus but not mandatory.
