We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Spare Parts Executive to join our JCB dealership. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in spare parts operations, inventory management, or parts sales and a robust passion for commercial vehicles, construction equipment, and heavy machinery.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the timely availability and distribution of genuine JCB spare parts, supporting workshop and field service operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and distribution of genuine JCB spare parts.
- Identify and supply the correct spare parts based on customer requirements and equipment specifications.
- Prepare spare parts quotations and process customer orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels by monitoring stock movement and initiating replenishment.
- Process stock transactions, goods receipts, and material issues through the Dealer Management System (DMS/ERP).
- Conduct regular stock verification and assist in inventory audits.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory to improve stock turnover.




- Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for procurement and timely delivery of spare parts.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, stock transfers, and warranty records.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of spare parts to prevent damage or loss.
- Provide prompt and professional customer support while promoting genuine JCB parts.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, OEM standards, and workplace safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ITI (Diesel Mechanic, Motor Mechanic, Fitter, or equivalent) candidates with relevant experience may also apply.

Experience Required

- 1–2 years of experience in spare parts sales, stores, inventory management, warehouse operations, or dealership parts operations.
- Experience in the Commercial Vehicle, Construction Equipment, Heavy Equipment, Agricultural Equipment, Automobile, or Industrial Equipment sector will be preferred.
- Experience working with JCB or any authorised OEM dealership will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
