Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Shift planning for cutting, grinding, and machining operations.

- Monitor and ensure availability of tools and consumables for smooth shift execution.

- Prepare and maintain daily production reports, downtime records and shift handover notes.

- Coordinate with PPC for dispatch planning.

- Ensure readiness of packaging and documentation for dispatch of materials.

- Perform SAP entries for material transfer and process tracking.

- Adhere strictly to safety, quality, and compliance protocols during all operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Diploma (Mechanical / Production)

Experience: 2 - 4 Years

Technical Expertise:

- Hands-on experience with lathe, VTL, milling, boring, grinding,



plano-miller and band saw machines.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Good knowledge of cutting, grinding and machining operations.

- Proficiency in SAP, production reporting and documentation for traceability.

- Knowledge of dimensional inspection tools.

- Robust planning and manpower management capabilities.

- Effective coordination with PPC, dispatch and cross-functional teams.
