Job Description:
We are hiring a Branch Sales Manager for a leading Housing Finance company, based in Ahmedabad. This is a sales-driven role focused on Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business sourced through the DSA channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Home Loan and LAP sales through DSA/channel partners
- Lead, manage, and mentor a branch sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and strengthen relationships with DSA partners for consistent business sourcing
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth login-to-disbursement processing
- Monitor branch-level sales performance and identify opportunities for market penetration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Age up to 40 years
- Proven experience in Home Loan and LAP sales through the DSA channel
- Mandatory experience in leading and managing a sales team
- Strong understanding of the Ahmedabad local market
- Good communication and relationship-management skills
Compensation: Up to 8 LPA
