Position: Assistant Manager – Application Support
Location: Ahmedabad (or as applicable)
Experience: 6–12 Years
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate - Biotechnology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related Life Sciences discipline.

- Provide pre-sales and post-sales application support for Food Safety products and solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, customer trials, installations, validations, and user training.
- Deliver technical presentations, seminars, and workshops for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Support the Sales team by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable application solutions.
- Assist customers in method development, optimization, troubleshooting, and result interpretation.
- Develop and maintain application notes, SOPs, training materials,



and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with the Service team to resolve application-related customer issues.
- Stay updated on national and international food safety standards, testing methods, and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings, and technical events.
- Support current product launches by conducting technical evaluations and market feedback analysis.
- Provide regular technical training to Sales teams.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
