Job Summary: The Senior Business Development Executive (Senior BDE) is responsible for managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking closure. The role includes monitoring sales activities, managing broker relationships, supporting offline marketing initiatives, resolving customer escalations, achieving sales targets, and mentoring Telecallers, Sales Executives, and CRM Executives to improve overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking closure.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and monitor the sales pipeline.
- Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
- Develop and manage broker/channel partner relationships.
- Coordinate offline marketing campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and events.
- Monitor daily sales activities, site visits, bookings, and closures.




- Handle customer complaints and sales escalations.
- Train and mentor Telecallers, Sales Executives, and CRM Executives.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and sales reports.
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Finance, and Legal teams.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. MBA (Marketing) preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
