Job Description:

- Supervise day-to-day hospital operations including front office, housekeeping, billing, and patient services.
- Coordinate with clinical, nursing, and support departments to ensure seamless functioning.
- Monitor hospital performance metrics such as bed occupancy, turnaround time, and patient feedback.
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality control measures.
- Manage staff schedules, evaluate performance, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Collaborate with finance and HR departments for budgeting, procurement, and manpower planning.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, NABH standards, and safety protocols.
- Handle patient grievances and ensure high levels of satisfaction and service excellence.
- Prepare operational reports for management review and suggest process improvements.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a related role.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
