Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and child-centered learning environment. The ideal candidate should foster the intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development of young children using the Montessori method.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver Montessori-based learning activities.
- Create a positive, nurturing, and stimulating classroom setting.
- Observe and assess each child's progress and maintain records.
- Encourage independence, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain classroom discipline with patience and positive guidance.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress.
- Organize classroom materials and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.

Qualifications:





- Diploma or Certification in Montessori Education (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
- 1–3 years of teaching experience in a Montessori or preschool setting
- Freshers with Montessori certification may also apply.
