Job Summary

Important: This position is open only to candidates currently residing in Ahmedabad or nearby areas. Candidates requiring relocation will not be considered.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store & Inventory Executive to manage raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and factory inventory. The ideal candidate should ensure accurate stock records, timely material issuance, proper documentation, and uninterrupted production operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables.
- Receive and verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders and invoices.
- Coordinate with the Quality team for material inspection and approval.
- Issue materials to production while maintaining batch-wise records.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
- Maintain stock registers, GRN, material issue records, and daily inventory reports.
- Monitor stock levels and generate timely reorder alerts.
- Conduct physical stock verification and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain proper storage,



labeling, and housekeeping of the store.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, QA, Accounts, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Stores, Warehouse, Inventory, or Manufacturing.
- Freshers with excellent computer skills are also welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Tally is preferred.
- Solid inventory management and documentation skills.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
