Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Campaign Developer to design, develop, implement, and support marketing automation solutions using Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in campaign workflows, SQL, JavaScript, data integrations, and customer journey automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Build and maintain campaign workflows, deliveries, typologies, schemas, and recipient management.
- Create and manage Email, SMS, Push Notification, and cross-channel campaigns.
- Develop audience segmentation and targeting logic using SQL.
- Customize delivery templates using JavaScript, HTML, and personalization scripts.
- Integrate Adobe Campaign with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, and databases.
- Troubleshoot workflow failures, delivery issues, tracking problems, and production incidents.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and resolve technical issues.
- Support campaign deployments across Development, QA/UAT, and Production environments.
- Monitor campaign execution,



delivery performance, and campaign KPIs.
- Collaborate with business users, marketing teams, QA, and infrastructure teams to deliver campaign solutions.
- Optimize campaign performance and recommend best practices.
