Experience: 5+ years
Qualification: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field
Requirements:

- Proven experience leading AI/ML teams and managing AI/ML projects end-to-end with timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Demonstrated ability to define technical vision, set team objectives, and mentor AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
- Skilled in project management, including scoping, resource allocation, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in model selection, training, evaluation,



and optimization for scalable AI/ML solutions.
- Knowledge of data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, and ensuring data quality and compliance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including software and data engineers, and domain experts.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI/ML solutions is a plus.
- Robust communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
