What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Operations team as a Sr. Associate - New Business Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. They will work closely with senior management to identify new business opportunities, develop business cases, and implement new processes to drive efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing teams.

What does the job entail?

1. Manage new business operations, oversee Print and Dispatch team

2. Maintain and analyze MIS reports, Utilize Excel for data analysis.

3. Handle Life Asia and Group Asia operations.

4. Conduct KYC verification, ensure accurate documentation

5. Identify and implement process improvements.

6.



Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations.

8. Analyze and report on business performance,.

9. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

10.Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

11.Identify and mitigate risks.

12.Ensure data security and confidentiality.

13.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices,
