- Assist manager for planning of crew, rotations, and ashore crew schedules to join
- Review and verify that all ratings hold valid, up-to-date certificates of competency, safety training (STCW), and flag-state endorsements.
- Ensure all crew members possess valid medical certificates and necessary visas for their vessel plan.
- Assist manager to update in PORTAL Rating readiness
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights in timely same to be inform rating for their joining schedule
- Coordinate with rating for their USA visa and Schengen visa as required
- Check documents status of rating and renew in-house / outside courses
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
